What is GEO?
Generative engine optimization: the work of making your business easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Copilot to understand, verify and mention. In practice it builds on solid SEO, with extra care for consistent facts and clear pages.
How do I get ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity to recommend my business?
Nobody can guarantee it, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What helps is being easy to verify: consistent information everywhere, pages that answer real questions, and a site machines can read. We look at where you stand today, so progress can be measured and shown to you in plain language.
How do you handle AI, security and privacy?
With rigorous, up-to-date standards on security, privacy, AI agency and safeguards. AI supports the work, people remain accountable for it, and your accounts and records stay protected. I'm happy to walk you through our standards on the call.
Can I do some of this myself?
Yes, and I'd encourage it. The three checks above are a great start, and fixing inconsistent listings is something many owners handle in an afternoon.
Do I need an llms.txt file?
Not for Google, which says it doesn't use it. There's no public evidence it helps with other assistants yet, so it isn't where I'd spend your budget first.
Does regular Google SEO still matter?
More than ever. Google says AI Overviews and AI Mode rely on the same search foundations, so good SEO is the base everything else builds on.
How long does it take to see results?
Fixing broken details can show up within weeks. Getting named more often by AI assistants takes longer and moves less predictably, because these systems update on their own schedules. Three to six months is a realistic window for meaningful change.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your site and what needs fixing, so the price is set after the review. Work runs as a one-time project with a fixed price, or as a monthly arrangement. The first conversation is free.
Do you work with doctors and lawyers?
They're my focus. Every piece of content goes through your written approval, and clinical or legal claims are reviewed before they're published.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
You work with one person who does the work and answers your email. Everything is documented and yours, and every recommendation comes with the source behind it.
